19:1-6 is evidenced by the speaking of other tongues as the spirit of the Lord gives utterance as the initial evidence thereof. - The New Birth ("being born again"). Includes a genuine repentance, water baptism in Jesus Name, and the Baptism of the HolyGhost. (John 3: 3-7) and (Acts 2:38)
